Cannon A1 (vintage 1978) with a Soligor 35-140 Zoom Lens

Not to be confused with a Cannon AE1. The A1 is a great little camera, lightweight (compared to my Nikon F100), and reliable. Since I had a very limited selection of lenses (just the one Soligor) and didn't want to invest more in old technology, I moved to the Nikon F100.

Nikon F100 with Various Lenses

What can I say, an excellent camera. The F100 seems to be a high quality, well made, albeit heavy, and reliable camera. Features are abundant and it will accept a wide range of both new AF (Auto Focus) and older Nikkor lenses.

The Nikkor lenses I'm currently using with my Nikon F100 are: 135mm AF f/2 D with Defocus Control;
85mm AF f/1.4 D; 85mm AF f/1.8 D; 20-35mm AF f/2.8 D wide angle zoom; and the 60mm AF f/2.8 D Micro.

You can go to the Nikon web site for more information on the Nikon F100 if you're interested.

Nikon D2H Digital SLR

A great digital SLR from Nikon. For more information check out Nikon's web page here.

The Nikkor lenses I'm currently using with my Nikon D2H are the same as those used with my F100: 135mm AF f/2 D with Defocus Control; 85mm AF f/1.4 D; 85mm AF f/1.8 D; 20-35mm AF f/2.8 D wide angle zoom; and the 60mm AF f/2.8 D Micro.

Polaroid SprintScan 4000 Film Scanner

SprintScan 4000 will scan at 4,000 dpi with a 3.4 optical density, pretty good for non-commercial scanning. To take a look at Polaroid's film scanner check out the Polaroid SprintScan 4000 web page.

Graphics Workshop Pro from Alchemy Mindworks Inc.

Graphics Workshop Pro from Alchemy Mindworks Inc. is a great shareware program that will allow the conversion of virtually any format graphic file to any other. It's functions are too numerous to mention here, but this is truly a wonderful and must have application if you work with graphics. Its well worth the small cost of the license and truthfully, Alchemy Mindworks Inc. deserves every cent. Please checkout their site and enjoy!
