Personal Use of SBAPITP Photographs

Making a copy of any SBAPITP photograph(s) for use by students in the pursuit of studies is permitted as long as no photograph(s), part(s) of photograph(s), or any derived photograph(s) originating from an SBAPITP photograph(s) created by Steve Benson shall be used in any commercial form, or sold for profit.

Non-Commercial Web Use of Photographs

Use of any SBAPITP photograph(s) for a personal home page or non-commercial web site is allowed if accompanied by an appropriate hyperlinked credit as shown in this HTML example:

Commercial Web Use of Photographs

Any commercial use of material from the SBAPITP web site is expressly forbidden without prior expressed permission from SBAPITP (Steve Benson).

All commercial web sites given permission to use any photograph(s) must also accompany those photographs with the appropriate credit as shown under the heading 'Non-commercial Web use of photographs'.

Photographs of people found on the SBAPITP web site may not have a model release. Any commercial use without a model release from any person whose image is recognizable is not allowed or condoned by SBAPITP (Steve Benson).

Please don't copy any text content to a public Web server. Instead link to my page(s) so search engines will find the original, and not content on your server instead.

Use of Any Photograph(s) in Print

Any use of material from the SBAPITP web site in print is expressly forbidden without prior expressed permission from SBAPITP (Steve Benson) and need to meet the following conditions:

1. The SBAPITP URL must be legible in a separately printed caption.
2. A credit must be printed reading "Photographs courtesy Steve Benson, SBAPITP (webmaster@a-point-in-time.com)".
3. Send me an email detailing the usage and mail a copy of the finished item to SBAPITP (address furnished with granting of permission).

Non-Original Materials

Some materials used to create digital works while a student were from other than SBAPITP sources and were used for educational purposes only. These projects are noted as such and special consideration should be used when dealing with them.

It is expressly forbidden to copy any materials found on the SBAPITP web site that are noted to be from other sources and as such may or may not be covered by copyright law and are not the property of Steve Benson.

Unauthorized Use

Any photograph(s) found without the appropriate credit are most likely unauthorized. It would be appreciated if anyone finding such a photograph would email SBAPITP with the details.
